1 tablet contains: 2000 IU Vitamin D3 in form of cholecalciferol and 250 μg Vitamin K2 in form of Menaquinone-7

Vitamin D helps in keeping healthy bones and teeth. It supports proper functioning of muscles and immunity system. It helps in proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus and upkeep of proper level of calcium in blood. It takes part in the process of cell division.
Vitamin K supports upkeep of healthy bones and contributes to proper blood solidification.

Adults as a source of vitamin D and K, especially recommended for people who stay in the sun for less than 15 minutes a day, constantly use sunscreen, are physically active, the elderly, and those who care about maintaining healthy bones. During periods of infection or when there are seasonal infectious diseases.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Consult a doctor about the use of the preparation in the case of taking anticoagulants, nephrolithiasis, renal failure and hyperparathyroidism. Do not use other preparations with content of Vitamin D or K simultaneously.

Orally, adults: 1 tablet daily, after meals, drinking a full glass of water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
