1 capsule contains: 500mg of Vitamin C in form of Ascorbic Acid

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, blood vessels, cartilage and bones, teeth and gums. Vitamin C contributes to normal psychological function which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It supports energy-yielding metabolism.
