LILYTONIN – Composition
1 tablet contains: Melatonin 5,1 mg, L-Theanine 50 mg, Gamma-aminobutyric Acid (GABA) 53 mg, L-Tryptophan 100 mg, Valerian Root Extract 100 mg.
LILYTONIN – Action
It is a special composition with Melatonin that helps to fall asleep faster and sleep well. Melatonin is a hormone that occurs naturally in the body; it is produced in central nervous system by the pineal gland. This hormone plays an important role in regulation sleep to wakefulness hours ratio during the day. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time needed to fall asleep. L-Theanine reduces physical and mental stress, helps to fall asleep and improves sleep quality. Tryptophan is a precursor of serotonin and melatonin. Valerian root extract, has been traditionally used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances due to symptoms of mild anxiety.
LILYTONIN – Indications
For adults who want to fall asleep faster and sleep well. Also, in relieving symptoms of jetlag of adults. Jetlag is sleep disturbance, daytime tiredness, fatigue, mild mental impairment, irritability and digestive system disturbance experienced after travel through different time zones.
LILYTONIN - Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product. Consult a doctor on the use of the product in cases of epilepsy, autoimmune diseases, diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance, significantly impaired liver function or kidney function. The product should not be used after or during drinking alcohol and throughout pregnancy or lactation. Smoking may reduce the effect of Melatonin as components of tobacco smoke can increase the breakdown of melatonin by the liver. Do not give this product to children and adolescents between 0 and 18 years as its safety and efficacy are unknown. The product should not be taken prior to driving or using machines. Tablets contain lactose.
LILYTONIN - Dosage
Orally, adults: 1 tablet before the bedtime, swallowed with a little water. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
LILYTONIN – Storage
The product should be protected from direct light, stored in a dry place, in its original packaging, at a temperature below 25°C. The product should be stored out of the reach of young children.
