LILY PREGNASSA – Composition
2 capsules contains: Vitamin D3 600 IU in the form of Cholecalciferol, Vitamin E 4 mg in the form of DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate, Vitamin K 70 μg in the form of Phylloquinone, Vitamin C 100 mg in the form of L-Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin B1 3 mg in the form of Thiamine Mononitrate, Vitamin B2 2 mg in the form of Riboflavin, Vitamin B3 20 mg in the form of Nicotinic Acid Amide, Vitamin B6 50 mg in the form of Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Folic Acid 400 μg in the form of Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid, Vitamin B12 6 μg in the form of Cyanocobalamin, D-Biotin 150 μg, Pantotenic Acid 6 mg in the form of Calcium Pantothenate, Magnesium 150 mg in the form of Magnesium Oxide, Iron 28 mg in the form of Iron (II) Fumarate, Zinc 15 mg in the form of Zinc Oxide, Copper 1000 μg in the form of Copper Sulfate, Selenium 30 μg in the form of Sodium Selenate (IV), Iodine 150 μg in the form of Potassium Iodate.
LILY PREGNASSA – Action
Advance formula for pregnant women containing 18 vitamins and minerals. Folates, together with Vitamin B12, is necessary to form red blood cells. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Folate lowers the risk of neural tube defect (NTD) of your unborn baby. The most common NTDs are spina bifida and anencephaly. Vitamin D has a role in the process of cell division, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones (together with Calcium). Iron is needed to make an extra blood (hemoglobin) for baby during pregnancy. Iron also helps move oxygen from lungs to the rest of body and to fetus. Iodine contributes to normal production of thyroid hormones and thyroid function.
LILY PREGNASSA – Indications
The product used to treat or prevent vitamins and minerals deficiency before, during, and after pregnancy, especially up to 12 weeks of pregnancy.
LILY PREGNASSA - Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product. Consult a doctor on the use of the product in cases of iron overload disorder (e.g., hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis), liver problems, stomach/intestinal problems (e.g., ulcer, colitis), vitamin B12 deficiency (pernicious anemia), bleeding disorders. The product contains a high dose of Iron, therefore constipation, diarrhea, or upset stomach may occur. These effects are usually temporary and may disappear as your body adjusts to this product. If any of these effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor or pharmacist promptly. Iron may cause your stools to turn black, an effect that is not harmful. Remember that your doctor has prescribed this product because they have judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this product do not have serious side effects. Contact your doctor right away if any of the following occurs: easy bleeding / bruising. This product is safe to use during pregnancy when used as recomented. Ingredients of this product pass into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
LILY PREGNASSA - Dosage
1 capsule twice a day. This product is best when taken on an empty stomach 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. If upset stomach occurs, you may take this medication with food. Avoid taking antacids, dairy products, tea, or coffee within 2 hours before or after LILYPREGNASSA. Do not lie down for at least 10 minutes after taking this product. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
LILY PREGNASSA – Storage
The product should be protected from direct light, stored in a dry place, in its original packaging, at a temperature below 25°C. The product should be stored out of the reach of young children.
