1 capsule contains:
3mg Vitamin B1 in form of Thiamine Mononitrate, 5mg Vitamin B2 in form of Riboflavin, 40mg Vitamin B3 in form of Nicotinic Acid Amide, 5mg Vitamin B6 in form of Pyridoxine Hydrochloride.

The complex of B vitamins supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and the body's energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 helps in the proper synthesis of cysteine, proper protein and glycogen metabolism, supports the production of red blood cells and proper cell division. Regulates hormonal activity and contributes to the reduction of fatigue. Riboflavin helps maintain good eyesight, supports iron metabolism, and protects cells from oxidative stress. Thiamin supports the heart.

Adults as a source of vitamins B in periods of increased demand (fever, burns, alcoholism, pregnancy and breastfeeding), convalescence, digestive disorders; to support the nervous system. Helpful in inflammation of the mucous membranes, e.g. lips, mouth, acne.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Consult a doctor about the use of the preparation in the case of hypercalcaemia (increased levels of calcium in the blood), urolithiasis or kidney failure. Not recommended for children.

Orally, adults: 1 capsule daily, with or after meals, drinking a full glass of water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.

The product should be protected from direct light, stored in a dry place, in its original packaging, at a temperature below 25°C. The product should be stored out of the reach of young children.
